Terms of Use

Last updated 29 July 2026

Early Beaver is made by Caffeine Monday Inc. By using the app you agree to these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store.

What the app does

Early Beaver rings an alarm before your chosen bedtime, uses Apple's Screen Time framework to block distracting apps overnight, and rings a wake-up alarm in the morning.

Not medical advice

Early Beaver is a habit tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. If you have a sleep disorder or ongoing sleep problems, talk to a doctor.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription, offered monthly or annually.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account

You need an account to use the app, and you're responsible for keeping access to the Apple or Google account you sign in with. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account, which removes your data permanently.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer or circumvent the app, and don't use it to interfere with anyone else's device.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces what you're paying for, you can cancel your subscription through Apple.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caffeine Monday Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including missed alarms, missed appointments, or apps being blocked or unblocked when you did or didn't expect it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
